Hey Moms!

I just recently purchased a Wii Fit. I've been using it 3-4 days a week for the last few weeks. Could anyone recommend what exercises/games I should do in order? I love the cardio and the strengthening segments, but I don't know if there's an order I should do them in to get a more effective workout?

What can I do next?

I just got it, too. I personally love the hoola hoop game, and running a short distance. I've yet to try the yoga or strength training exercises, but as a former track particpant in high school (ages and ages ago) I was always told you can never overdo cardio or leg work. As you move up it will give you workouts. You just do the list in the order it gives you.

I don't know if it is right but I use the yoga segment to stretch and warm up, then I do strength, then cardio, and finally I do more yoga as a cool down. I don't necessarily do the same ones in the same order because it depends on what else I have done that day but I do know it is important to stretch before you excersise and also to do a cool down. I'd be interested in what others told you.

I have Jillian Michaels' Fitness Ultimatum and it is really a really good workout.
