Totally random question i know- but we have like 8 pillows and they all are terrible! Have tried the expensive ones, the cheap ones, and ones in the middle. I can't believe how hard it is to find a good pillow!

Anyone have a good one they love? What kind and where did you buy it? :)

A couple of years ago my husband and I stayed at the Grand Hyatt in NYC and fell in love with the bedding. It was the most comfortable bed we'd ever slept in. Anyway, we came home and bought their pillows. Just google Grand Hyatt pillows and you can get them from a few places. So comfy. They're about $60, but I say well worth it!

I am most comfortable with a really flat pillow, almost like having no pillow at all. So, the cheapest pillow Wal-mart has to offer works for me.

I do well at Sam's or Costco. I have two styles. A sinking fluffy one and a memory foam one and I like them both. Probably about $15 per pillow.

I look forward to your responses. I have Kohl's special deals at $10 and Ralph Lauren at $150 and honestly... The only way I can tell you a difference is to look at the tag. We still do not gravitate to a specific pillow.

My daughter has a thermal or some type that forms to your shape ( about $40) and likes it.

My master bed has about 8 pillows and I think my daughter has that. Any as well . Guess we are a pillow family, lol

However.... I love my satin pillowcases!!

My family loves The Company Store http://www.thecompanystore.com/
They have an outlet store in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, but their on-line catalog is just wonderful. My mother has been buying pillows (down and non-down) for years. They have every size, shape and type of pillow, comforters and feather beds.

I always had problems with pillows too, then I got a Tempurpedic bed with the pillows, and I love them!

Instead of buying bed pillows... try buying pillows that are for sofas etc.
I... like to use a pillow that is actually a sofa pillow.
I just put a pillowcase over it.

What kind do you want? Soft or firm pillow?
Or just go to Costco.

I go to the homes stores that offer soft, medium and firm pillow choice then I get each of us the one that appeals to us.

I've gone from firm to soft over the years.

Each of us have a different like/fave.

I only replace them when needed.
I've gone from needing 2 pillows to one.

My friends use the memory foam ones.
That's just not for me.

I always keep a few extra pillows on hand for overnight guests. You never know when you're going to need an extra few.

don't know the name of it, but I'm a side sleeper & I swear by my Memory Foam pillow. It's extremely firm, & oddly-shaped.....& man! does it work!

Flat-bottomed, one big "hump" to prop my neck/head/shoulders....& a smaller hump opposite. Sorry for the really bad description. No time to look it up for you. :(

Do you have a Sleepy's near you? They have this awesome pillow that they will let you test, and see if you like it. The cost a few years ago was about $120.00 for the king size, and they are guaranteed to to last a life time. Best purchase we've ever made. We've taken the tags off, so I don't know the name brand. If you go in the store they will show you the pillows.

PI used to own a memory foam pillow from Sams club. I loved that pillow! Then I spilled juice on it and it was ruined. I no longer have a card for them so I haven't gone back to get one. It was like $15 or so. Best pillow I ever had. Maybe I'll suck it up and go get one. Sams has money back guarantee on heir membership, so I can get all my money back for the membership within one year. I'm going to buy my pillow now! Thx for posting this question! Lol

I've had various feather/down pillows for years, but they turn into lumpy shapeless messes relatively quickly and I was forever punching them up in order to get comfortable.
So I tried a Z by Malouf 100% Natural Talalay Latex Zoned Pillow - and I have found my pillow heaven!
It never loses it's shape and it stays fairly cool.
I'll never go back to feathers/down again.

I was looking at you answers to see if anyone was of any help.

Kristen is right on! ;)

We stayed at the Hilton Squaw Peak Resort in Phoenix Arizona, and Kristen is right, they have THE best bedding that we have ever slept on! I didn't even think about looking up their bedding!

Good luck, nothing is better than a good nights rest.

Oops thought Kristen said Hilton, she said Hyatt. Maybe they use the same stuff.
