Which One Should I Buy?

I'm very leery of purchasing refurbished products. My FIL used to do that and finally stopped when he got so many clunkers. Hey, they're returned for a reason, right? Now on cars, that's different. You can bring it to a mechanic before purchasing and have them do a once-over. But other items, TVs, phones, etc. I pass and buy new.

My husband and I have both had AWFUL luck with our refurbished phones. They all had to go back within a few months. The guarantees or warranties, are not nearly as good with a new phone. We love buying things cheaper, but we don't skimp anymore on phones. We have both had our current phones for almost a year with no problems.

When it comes to phones, refurbished is a great option!

The internal parts are used but the exterior should all be new, and it should come with the same guarantee as a new phone if you are using a reliable dealer.

You would never know the difference and it will be a fraction of the price!

I have never had good luck with referbished. I would do new

if I purchase a cell phone - it's new or factory refurbished.

I prefer new. I also wait until the "next generation" comes out so that I don't have to deal with all of the "chinks" or glitches with the NEWEST ones.

Love the touch screen options. Don't like that it can still "butt dial"...every phone has its advantages and disadvantages!! GOOD LUCK!!!

I would go with the refurbished those are as good as new ones!

well if its refurbed from verizon or the manufacturer it wouldnt make a difference as they refurbed ones go thru tons of testing to make sure it works like a new product but if its from some other company I would get a new one
