These cakes have a doll right in the center and the skirt is the actual cake. I'm hoping to order one for my 5 year old's birthday somewhere close in Northeast Tarrant County. NRH, Hurst, Colleyville, Keller would be great!
Well, we wound up with a Barbie cake from Marquez Bakery on Division in Arlington. A friend ordered and picked it up and it was beautiful and delicious and $35.00. I really want to check out the Texas Bakery on Harwood and Hurstview. You've peaked my interest!

One of my friends had a cake like that for her daughter's party and she got it at Target.
We used Sweet Memories in Keller for our daughter's 1st birthday cake. They did a really good job on it and it was yummy, too. I saw lots of pictures of doll cakes there in their photo books. Here's their address.
