We just moved into a house that has french door handles. Does anyone know where I can buy the locks for them. The only type I can find are the ones that fit the round doorknobs. I have seen them online, but would like to be able to find them this weekend if possible. My daughter knows how to open the doors around the house and I need to keep her out of the bathroom and pantry at least. Thanks in Advance.

I know the kind of door knob that you're talking about. Try Babies R Us. They usually have those kind of door knob locks on them. I hope that this helps!

We got ours at BRU and Target.
You can buy them at Babies'r'us. We have friends with the lever handles and that's where they bought them.
At Babies R Us they have some locks that you just have to take the handle off and put the lock on under the handle. I have a few of these around my house and they work great. The brand is Safety 1st.
I'm pretty sure they sell those at either Babies R'Us and/or Home Depot.
I have a few of those myself and it's just a matter of time before I have to run out and get them.

The only place I've ever seen these is at Babies R Us but there isn't much selection. You pretty much have to screw them into the door. They cost around $5 each. Something I remember my mom did when we were growing up was to put little hooks at the top of the doors and just hook the door shut for a room she didn't want us in.
