Cribs, Kids, and Teens in Dublin and Livermore. They are nice and have a lot of different options, some that are similar to Pottery Barn Kids, but not their prices!
Looking into buying a sturdy, quality bunk bed for my boys, 2.5 and 5 (don't plan to stack them just yet, but we will later when they're a bit older).
Any recommended furniture stores in the Bay Area (not IKEA)?
We haven't made any purchases, yet, but just want to say THANK YOU for all the recommendations! I'll be sure to update when we finally decide on where to buy! :)
UPDATE: 1/9/2010:
We just got back from purchasing a bunk bed from Cribs, Kids & Teens! Thx for the suggestions! We ended up getting a high-quality, solid wood bunk for a little more than half of what we might pay at high-end stores, yet essentially the same bed. Thanks, again :-)

We got our son's bed at Cribs, Kids and Teens in Dublin. It wasn't cheap, but it's a great bed and they have a lot of bunk beds to choose from.
Good luck!
We just ordered a bunk bed online from hayneedle.com. It's a great, sturdy, nice looking bed. It doesn't come assembled though so you either have to do it yourself or hire someone.
Shelby,
We have bunk beds that are very nice and sturdy from Vermont Tubbs. I would consider selling if you're interested. They are light green in color. Let me know!
