Where Do You Buy HCG Drops??

I have had two family members that have done HCD Diet. One very sucessfully and one not. You have to be able to follow the diet to the letter. It is very extreme!! They both did it with strict doctors supervision. Please do not buy HCG online. Victoria mentioned Dr. Oz site - I taped the show he did on it and it was very informative!! One diet that I have tried and I feel is completely managable with my life style is the 17 day diet.

i wouldn't do this if I were you...contact your doctor about your desire to lose weight and see if you can handle the dramatic cut in calories, etc. before you start this "diet"....remember - it's a "quick fix" and most quick fixes are like a band-aid and will hurt once you rip it off...and find more yuck under there...

That have it at GNC, but if you follow the diet they want you do you don't need drops to lose weight, eating 500 cal a day you will lose weight, but it will more than likely come back on. Plus, I don't care what kind of magic drops someone is taking, 500 cal a day is unhealthy and will cause damage to your metabolism. Of course it is your choice, just some food for thought.

I saw them on display at my local WM just a few days ago...of course, I'm in Florida...they were in boxes and said something about coming in pill form, too.

So glad to see that you are not going to get the HCG drops. The best way to lose weight and keep it off is through changing your diet and exercise outlook. Don't look at this as a "diet", but a lifestyle change to eating healthier. Myfitnesspal.com is a great place to determine how many calories you need to consume in a day to lose weight and to log your food. The people that are the most successful in losing weight keep a food journal. What type of exercise program are you doing? If possible try to exercise at least 5 times in a week. It doesn't have to be an hour each time. You can find effective programs that work and are for shorter time periods. You have a great goal to work towards. With your diet try to stay away from processed foods. Eat 40% protein (lean sources), 30% carbs (complex, fruit and vegetables), and 30% fat (like nuts and avocado). hope this helps.
