Hello...I would love to have someone do my child's footprints and handprints with their birthdate and info onto a ceramic tile. Does anyone know a good place or person in their home who does this? I would love somewhere in Oakland County, in or around Royal Oak, Birmingham, etc.
Call Stacey at Hullabaloo in downtown Royal Oak. They have a fantastic artist who comes in every so often and does amazing, one-of-a-kind imprints. You have to register for the event, and they're always sold out.

Nordstrom's at Somerset does it once a month (usually the first weekend) in the infants department. If you call up there they can tell you when she will be there again and schedule an appointment.
I had my two kids hands done at nordstroms at somerset. She did a great job!

I did my sons at Hullabaloo Maternity. Theres a lady her company is called Anna Banana. She is only there cretain days, but she is great. You can go on the Hullabaloo web site and or call them.
Nordstroms has a lady that comes the first saturday of every month and does tiles, gorgeous i have one for my daughter.. they take until the following month to pick up though. but worth the wait. good luck!
Actually the easiest and most cost effective method is a kit you can buy at JoAnn's or Michael's
Most tile makers are very expensive and while they "can do it", I doubt their prices are what you are looking for.
go to michaels arts and crafts they have a do-it-yourself kit real easy to do.
I agree that the lady at Hullabaloo is great! We have ours hanging in our home and people always ask where we got it done.
I used www.thislilpiggyprints.com Lisa Ulbrich is the owner she has a business set up in her basement in GP. her ####-###-####. She's great! You can get whatever color, desigh and shape that you want. Her prices run from $40 to $60 per tile. I had her come to my house for a playdate session, it was a lot of fun. If you host a party you get a free tile. Her work is excellent! Plus she drives to you and delivers to you. Good Luck I love our tiles.
