Some book publishers will have a parents and/or teachers section on their website that has things like that. I would look into that.

There are these books in a box. Clifford, Aurthur . They come in sets of 10 for different levels. I believe they have a few questions in the back and they also have the vocab that they work on in the front. It is like a phonics thing. I am sure Library or book store will carry them.
You can go to Barnes and Noble (or probably any large book store) and look in the "educational" or "workbook" section...ask someone for help. You can get specific "reading comprehension" books that have, for example, a page long story followed by questions pertaining to that story. They have them for all grade levels.
I'm not really sure if that's what you are looking for, but I've bought several for my children and we do use them.
It might help to know how old your child is, what grade level. You can find books like this in a teacher store. If your child is in school, I would ask his/her teacher for recommendations.
I remember getting a reading comprehension workbook at the dollar store for my son. Bookstores have them as well. They are short stories followed by activities to reinforce the facts, then a "quiz" about the story.
Is that what you mean?
Or do you mean questions about specific books that your child has/will read?
