You could ask an animal shelter if they want them. Otherwise, use as rags. They make great window and carwash rags since they generally leave no lint.
I gave a friend all of my diapers that were in good condition. But I have a giant bag of all in one diapers that basically leak. I used them with two kids, so they are "done." But what do I do with them? See if anyone wants the stuffers? Throw them away?
I've moved all my cloth wipes into bathrooms to use as cleaning rags, but I don't know what to do with these diapers!?!? Throwing the away seems wasteful.

I agree about the animal shelter - they need soft liners for dog crates and maybe even for "pee pads" for puppies. Ours takes all kinds of used towels, sheets, etc.
There are also companies that do textile recycling - that's where all the charities donate the clothing given to them that's just not wearable due to stains or holes. A lot of it gets reused by companies that make shop rags as well as stuffing for other things. Our schools recently held a big textile drive so maybe you could google that if the shelter doesn't pan out.
Check on the web for the Rebecca Foundation as they take used diapers. There may be a way that they can repair them so they don't leak anymore.

can you ever have too many cleaning rags?
if you really can't use 'em, i'd donate them to an animal shelter.

They make great dust cloths and rags. I didn't use cloth diapers for anything except cleaning rags!!
Animal shelters are in need and they would be my first go to as far as donating.
I'd check with your local animal rescues. Mine take blankets, sheets, office supplies, towels, wash clothes etc. I'd bet they could use them.
When you say all in one do you mean they are shaped with a waterproof side? I'd donate them. If I remember correctly, many mom's liked them.
