Good Morning!
does anyone know of anything going on this weekend that is kid friendly? first weekend in a long time that i am NOT on call and i would like to get out and do something with my son.

Kaboom Town!

The dazzling 30-minute fireworks show is choreographed to music and a live radio simulcast. There is great food, live music and spectacular historic warplane fly-bys. Family Fun Activities - Look for rock climbing wall, giant slide, fun inflatables, sand art, massages, an obstacle course and much more. All ages. 5pm-12am in Addison at Addison Circle Park. Free. Big Top 4thFest

Join the City of Bedford This July 4th at the Bedford Boys Ranch Park, for a good old-fashioned, flag-waving Independence Day Celebration, with an Island twist. The 4thFEST Big Top Celebration is a full day of family fun that includes a free concert, InflataFUN Zone, a variety of circus family fun free activities, festival-style culinary delights and of course, the spectacular fireworks extravaganza when the sun goes down. All ages. 12-11pm in Bedford at Boys Ranch Park & Activity Center. Admission is free but there is no on-site parking. Fair Park Fourth

Enjoy the best of Fair Park, including free museum admissions from 4:30-7:30. This family-fun event will also feature the seven-time Grammy-nominated Stefani Little Band, "dancing water" shows at the Esplanade Fountain, concessions for purchase. Guests are encouraged to view the fireworks from inside the Cotton Bowl (enter at Gate D). All ages. 4:30-10pm (fireworks 9:30pm) in Dallas on the Fair Park Esplanade. Free; parking $10.
