Hello.... I was wondering if any of you have recently seen those decals that you can put on your child's bedroom wall. These are the ones that easily come off the wall when your child's decor changes. (Unlike wallpaper border.... ugh... I finally removed it, and the painters are here today.) I saw an online store that sells these wall decals, but I am one for actually seeing my purchase before buying. (I'd rather not have to ship it back and all if I don't like it.) My son wants Scooby Doo for his soon to be room and my daughter wants butterflies for her soon to be room.

babies R us! they are found near the bedding supplies in room decor with matching garbage cans, nightlights, etc.

I went through this search this past January, looking for decals for my son's room. (He wanted the solar system.) www.mygrowingchild.com has a variety of decals, as well as sizes. I ordered them and crossed my fingers, but they came out great! I would definitely use them again, and wish I had found them when I redid my daughter's room (she wanted rainbows, and we ended up painting them on, but I discovered that was harder than it looks!)
I believe that Target also sells them, and I think I've even seen some at Wal-Mart and Home Depot as well.....
This is gonna sound strange but true....the $$ store. Dollar Tree on Roosevelt (I think that's Lombard) has the butterfly ones for sure just I just bought them. They have other ones too but not sure about Scooby Doo. So for $1 a sheet how can you go wrong. Look at Dollar Tree and at Deals (as they are also owned by Dollar Tree) I have seen them at both.

I used wallies to decorate my son's room with clouds and planes. I bought them off ebay.
I got sports decals for my son's room at Lowes. I'm not sure if they have Scooby or butterflies, but it might be worth a try!

The Company Store (Company Kid's) sells wall decals. My friend had ordered the construction set for her son and they looked pretty good to me. The colors were nice and vivid.
I do believe they sell butterflies for girls, or did. I do not think they sell character ones like scooby doo. Nice stuff, but somewhat limited.
Pottery barn probably does too, but I'm sure much more expensive.
Also menards, and others I'm sure, are selling decal "borders" in a small variety of colors. It's in the wallpaper section, but is just like the peel and stick decals. They are one solid color, but might be handy if you wanted to make a frame, or create a divide.

I found some great wall art (decals) for my kid's rooms at www.cityzendesign.com . I saw some designs with butterflies, but I have a son and he wanted the design with a plane flying through clouds :) Look in the 'Kids' section for some neat stuff. I was really happy with how it looks in his room! Hope this helps :)
