allens tacky glue!
I am about to begin the task of a craft closet. I have a huge walk in pantry and the space could be utilized much better. My daughter loves to color and do craft things so I want to put a space together for her supplies. Im going to start from scratch and wanted to see what the must have items are. Plus any suggestions or ideas to make organizing it much easier. Thanks for the help moms!

STAMPS!! There is washable stamp ink, and any stamps you would like:) My girls have tons of fun. And, my kids love the newer paint pens from Elmer. And a funny thing that they really like, is to use bingo markers to make dots on everything. Have tons of fun! ~A.~
pipe cleaners, glue, glue, glue :)
tape, stampers, stensils, and washable paint!
Besides the organizational stuff..
Glue sticks, glue sticks, and glue sticks.
A single hole punch for hanging all of the art work.
Color wonder finger paint.
Yarn and beads.
The ever necessary popsicle sticks.
At least that is what my daughter NEEDS. :o)
Glitter glue, stickers, foam art kits, beads, pipe cleaners, construction paper, lots of different scissors, finger paint - I could go on and on! Have fun at Hobby Lobby and Michael's!
I bought the "craft cart" at Target to organize all of my dd's crafts. It looks like a typical white rolling cart w/ plastic drawers, but the drawers are much thinner and have a lid on them. I like it because I've organized markers in one, craft tools in another, coloring books, paper-- etc. They are clear, so my dd looks in and pulls the drawer out to the table & it has all the crafts she needs for the project. I love the snap lids- bc when she carries it, the contents don't fall out.
I just bought my two year old an art easel - one side has a chalk board, and the other side is a dry erase board. That side also can double for painting or coloring by clipping sheets of paper to it. So far she loves the chalkboard side - I'm still needing to get supplies for the paint/dry erase side. With one of these, both daughters can use it at the same time.
