Okay so I recently asked about the 'patch' for birth control but now i'm curious, what are you mamas using?
What's out there that a mama can use...say for a day or two and be done with it. Not liking what I'm reading on the topic of pills and the patch...side effects and all.
So please share .
Get the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility. There are only a few days during the month in which you can get pregnant. This book will help you identify those days. I have used this method for years to acheive and prevent pregnancy since I am not able to take BC and am allergic to latex.

Well, I am no fan of drugs or side effects. I tend to have bad reactions to medications. It may not be popular, but good old fashioned condoms work without having to manipulate your body chemistry.

Ive had Merena in for 9 months and i love it!! you have to have atleast one kid and be in a monogomous relationship to recieve it. they put a t-shaped object in your uterus..and your done.. your cycle is very light some may stop! no remembering to take the pill or change the patch..its great!
