1. teething?
2. throat? has she been coughing? sometimes babies don't even let you KNOW when their throats hurt (mine doesnt)
3. constipation? (try a little probiotic or miralax -bc it won't hurt) as she might be "stopped up" and too uncomfortable to take food

I wouldn't worry about her. She might be teething. When mine were teething they didn't want to eat much because it hurt to chew. I would just give them soft food that they can swallow, like yogurts, apple sauce, pudding, and other baby food if they would eat it. I also gave them lots of juices and milks.

Don't force it. She could be on the very edge of a tummy bug. The younger the child, the more intuitively/instinctively do they react to their body's signals. They listen to their bodies better than adults do. A child with a tummy bug does not need to eat (could actually make things worse when the vomiting and diarrhea finally start)-- As long as they are holding down fluids, they are holding their own. Offer yogurt. When my kids were sick, they instinctively craved yogurt which put healthy probiotics into an upset stomach.

Could be teething, could be a stomach bug, could be she just went through a growth spurt, or a million other things, 99% of which are nothing to worry about.

The important thing is that she is drinking. You do need to worry about dehydration.

She'll let you know when she's hungry. I wouldn't worry about it unless it lasts for over a week, or if you notice any other signs of a problem like a fever.

Yes, if she has not eaten anything in 48 hours you should call your pediatrician.

My guess would be that she is either teething or coming down with something. My son would not want to eat anything--not even his normal favorites--when he was sick around that age. Sometimes it took a couple of days to realize he was getting sick. Some kids also get really picky at that age. I always heard from people that with toddlers--they'll have days they eat a ton and there will be days that they barely eat anything at all. It kind of just evens out. If you're really concerned, then just call her doctor. That's what they're there for--to answer questions from concerned mommies.
