I always have crackers and cheese and fruit (can never go wrong with that) and then I make cocktail size turkey meatballs, cook on stove till browned and then put them in a casserole (2 quart) dish cover with bbq sauce and apricot preserves and bake for 1/2 hour at 350. First time I heard the combo of bbq and apricot I thought it might not taste good, but everytime I make these they go so quickly and it tastes great. I also unroll a pillsbury loaf of french bread and spread honey mustard on it and then layer on some turkey lunchmeat and some cheese and bacon (already cooked), roll it back up cut some slits in the top and bake at 400 for about 20 to 25 minutes. Let it cool. Slice into small bite size slices.
