I would strongly encourage anyone to stay away from most weight loss supplements. Few are regulated by the FDA which means their manufacturers can make claims that are unsubstantiated and not clinically proven.
That's what happened with products like the original version of Hydroxycut, Xenadrine, etc. Even Alli and Xenical (which I sold when it was first on the market as an Rx product) were on the market for years with millions of prescriptions written before liver issues were recognized and addressed by the FDA.
Your best bet is to do something like Weight Watchers - most Registered Dieticians will tell you it's the most balanced way to lose weight.
Unfortunately, there are many hormones and processes involved with the physiology of losing weight - not just the calories in vs. calories out equation.
Good luck with whatever you select.
