I haven't tried it either but some of those sound too good to be true weight loss usually have some undesired effects. I also agree with the Weight Watchers idea, the cost is fairly low and you can either do it online or at a meeting. With them you use your own foods and eating in or out is not a problem in most cases. Good luck

Hi L.---I have to agree that pills and potions do no work....long term anyway, and that's what you want, long-term success.

The best way to lose weight is to eat nutrient dense, low calorie foods, vegetables, fruits, legumes, nuts and seed. If you must count something, count grams of fiber. The more fiber you eat the fewer calories you can et. The current recommendations of 24 g/day are inadequate, particularly when you want to include disease prevention into the equation. Double that amount would be good...but slowly build up to that amount to give your body time to adjust. Drink lots of water, both to carry nutrients to the cells and then to carry away toxins and waste.

I have lots of little tips that I've learned in a series of Wellness classes that I took from a Naturopath who has her PhD in nutrition. Let me know if you have any questions, and GOOD LUCK. D.

I don't have a testimony for Healthy Trim. What I do have is a simple program that only has benefits.

My story is that I was on a program 12 years ago and no one explained to me what could happen if I didn't take all the products, even though the company claimed to be all natural. Then I found the company that truly shares my values. Even more important there are no stimulants in their products.

So if you'd just like to chat and see if what I have is a fit for you, call me at ###-###-####.

I know this is not what you asked, but our family has been very successful with Weight Watchers. They're offering a month free right now and HAP gives you a great discount if you happen to have that - also some employers do. I highly recommend it - it's very healthy and fun and has good long-term statistics.

No I haven't, but I think it is best to steer clear of all diet pills and powders unless they are prescribed by a reputable doctor. You never find out all the side effects for about a year or so after it's been on the market.
