Hello,
I am a mother to a two year old little girl that loves to play dress up and is just plain girly! I am looking for new websites to find outfits, ideas, etc... If anyone has any or any ideas of their own I would love to hear them. I am tired of the sites I currenty go to and am looking for something new and hip.

What can I do next?

HaloHeaven.com is a really fun site. The prices are amazing and the quality is quite good. The only trick is that you have to order larger amounts but what I did was have 5 other friends order with me so we could divide the bows, flowers etc. Some can be ordered with clips or you can order without the clips so you can sew the things to clothes etc. I also have found darling things on ebay by seamstresses. Some of my favorite are diaper covers with my daughter's or initials name on them. If you have a bit more $ to spend oopsie daisy baby has cute stuff as does fairyprincessclothing.com. If you go to overstock.com and look at Annloren, her stuff is ADORABLE. I get so many complements on her outfits for my daughter. At overstock, they entire outfit with top and coordinating bottom is usually less than $30 and you can order matching doll outfits too! So fun. I had 3 boys before my daughter so I love the girly part so much too!

My daughters, age 4 and 7, LOVE dress up and I got tired of the cheaply and expensive made toy dress up clothes so I started get them real clothes to use. I don't know any sites, but I have found great dress up clothes and shoes at the consignment stores in town. My daughters have second hand flower girl dress that I got very cheap. I also hit the sale racks for over the top dresses after holidays like Christmas and Easter. After Halloween is also a great time to find low cost items.

I agree. Etsy is great. Another place (actually it is a SAHM business) that has adorable and I mean adorable custom made things is Bibs and Cribs. Go to Bibsandcribs.blogspot.com (or google bibs and cribs) the woman who is behind this darling stuff is named Amanda. She is located in NW arkansas... however I have had my stuff shipped to ATL and Minneapolis without a problem. She will create whatever you want. She is so talented. She has made stuff for Reilly and even painted a custom canvas for my mother. She does a great job. Her tutus are amazing. So full. High quality. We love them. My daughter wants to wear one every single day. Check out her site!

My daughter loves dress up too; my mom got her some dresses this winter from the clearance racks (at Kohl's)--just regular dresses but a couple sizes bigger. You can find glittery ones especially around holidays. She loves them! AND the BONUS is that at Kohl's they are almost always on sale, throw in a coupon, and you've got a great deal! PLUS, the quality is better than dress up clothes!

Etsy! Try etsy.com -- it's a site where people sell stuff they have made. It can be overwhelming, but there are plenty of things for little girls.

My friend tipped me off to a "cute girls hairstyles" website that I love and use regularly. A mom of four little girls does their hair in step by step "You Tube" video tutorials, so it is very easy to copy. There are dozens and dozens of great do's for toddlers up to teen for different hair types and lengths. The tutorials are well organized, so it's easy to browse for what you are looking for.

She also works in conjunction with Heart to Heart adoption agency and posts info about children who don't have homestudy-ready adoptive families for them yet. She also recently adopted a little boy herself and shares her personal story. Quite a few adoptive families have found their children by looking at her site, either themselves, or receiving a referral from a friend who viewed her website.

Here's her website http://www.cutegirlshairstyles.com/

Good luck,
S.
