Hi,
We are considerating moving to Sprint wireless, I hear the services gotten better but we are not sure is if it is worth it.
Are any of you currently in Sprint? How do you feel about it?

What can I do next?

Sprint can't be beat for reception out here. I don't know where Kearny is but I live in rural Warren County near Rt 80 and the Delaware River. We rarely cut out on the mountain roads, and when we do it is only for a few seconds. The only thing is that Sprint customer service leaves a little to be desired, but we've kept it through moves to 4 states because the coverage was so good. Hope this helps! Also, my hubby drives into NYC often for work and he never hits a dead spot from home to city. So we have experience with a pretty large area.

Sprint is all we have ever had for the last 12 years and I like it. We had such poor service from AT&T with our home phones before that, that no matter what, I would never do business with them.

I live in the Chicago area and we switched to Sprint about 8 months ago and we are so unhappy with them. Living in a big city area, you would think we wouldn't have problems but the main problem we would have is poor reception. Sprint does have excellent customer service so they do try fix your problem but this usually comes in the form of offering credits and one time for us- they gave us this Airwave machine to enhance reception. There is usually a charge for the actual machine and a monthly fee but they promised to wave those charges. Sure enough, the charges showed up on our bill and we had to call month after month to get them off. Our problems are not horrible (except the no reception thing) but they do get annoying when you have to call and complain every month.

I have had Sprint for 8 years. I never used to drop calls. We went through a period where we dropped calls frequently. Now we rarely drop calls. There are new towers. The phones are better too. Also Sprint has the best prices by far! I have been frustrated at times and thought about changing companies but no one can compare prices. As far as customer service, they have gotten much better. Used to be when you called you would have to wait on hold for maybe 10 minutes. Now mostly you go right to a "live" body! Sprint is the best!

I got it about two months ago and I like it. I live in a pretty populated area so I have great reception, They help me out a lot when I was confused as to what things were. So I like them. Not the worlds cheapest for the basics, but oh well. I'd prefer coverage and pay for it then pay for nothing.

I live in Westchester and my Sprint phone works fine. Just as good as Verizon.
