I just turned 30 and have noticed that overall Im dryer then i once was. My only issue is with vaginal dryness, what are some things youve done that help. Naturally would be great since this is something I suffer daily. Even during intercourse I have to use a lubricant, not always but most times.

What can I do next?

You might have a hormone imbalance. Decreased progesterone levels will cause this. When progesterone is low it causes many of the PMS symptoms also. You can go to a health food store and they usually carry progesterone cream or other forms.

Me to. I was told by my OB that mine is caused by my birth control. Dont know if your on BC, but that might be one of the reasons.

Lubes are all I know of.

This is also a common symptom of women breastfeeders - it is due to a decrease in estrogen. The obgyn gave me a topical estrogen cream (which I didn't use because it could reduce my milk supply).

There is an herb called shatavari that a friend and I jokingly call the "wet herb". It's a mild hormone regulator often used by those having difficulty getting pregnant, or women going through menopause that are dealing with vaginal dryness. Most herbalists should carry it as part of their inventory.
