I'm not sure about where any stores are, but depending on what type of toys you're looking for I could probably help you out. I am a packrat and have tons of toys put away that people have given me or that my kids don't play with anymore.

theres something orchard on falls in the shopping ctr where the big hallmark is (debbies?) where sam sneads (now michael deans) was. theres also a few in cary...i have been to kid to kid near the old navy in cary..would waste the time making the trip. i have heard once upon a child is pretty good...but i hate cary and dont go out there a whole lot

If you are into driving into Durham the Kangaroo Pouch on Guess Rd is nice also. You can also go to the Kids Exchange in January. I know that is kinda far away but there are LOTS of toys at great prices and they only take toys that are lightly used! Hope this helps some!
