Toddler Hair Detangler

I make my own. I get a spray bottle and add 2 Tbs. of conditioner to some water. shake it up and spray. It works great!!

Have you tried using some of the products made for people with curly hair? My mother used to use hers on me when I was little, and it seemed to do a pretty good job of getting it all worked out.

Hi, my 3 yo hair is hard to comb as well. I always use conditioner in the tub and daily detangling spray. A tip to save a little money is that Johnson & Johnson always has two lines - their premier (pricier) product and their slightly lower price line but the ingredients are the same. The Johnson & Johnson "buddies" line detanger is much cheaper than the original Johnson's hair detangler but it is the same product for a cheaper price (also, their adult products are the same -the clean and clear sensitive skin wash is the more expensive purpose face wash in a differnt container)

You could try using a conditioner on her hair while she's still in the bathtub playing. While the conditioner is still in her hair, comb it using a wide-tooth comb, then go ahead rinse it out. This usually works pretty well. Good luck!

When I had long hair it was a lot easier to start at the bottom and slowly work my way up to get all of the snarles. This way it didn't hurt hardly at all and less money out of pocket. Hope this helps.
