I realize Texas de Brazil is not known for the potato salad on the salad bar (not the mashed or au gratin), but my husband and I really like it. I tried searching for a copy cat recipe online to no avail. Have you ever tried to copy it? If so, will you share? Thank you!!

You could try asking them for the recipe. I went to their site and found a "contact us" option under "company info".
I don't have the recipe, but I sure do miss that place! It was my absolute favorite when we lived in Ft. Worth, TX. Hope you find what you're looking for! Yummy!
