My son has this very loose baby tooth. The problem is when i try to pull it,it hurts him.when he pulls it,it still hurts.it seems the tooth is stuck between on of his teeth because every thing is lose, but the side where his tooth is.It is his bottom front tooth and i don't wanna hurt him. Should he see a dentist?

What can I do next?

I'm not quite sure what you are saying, to be honest. But even if it feels pretty loose, if there is one part that is still holding on and it hurts to pull on it, then it's probably not quite ready to come out. I'd give it a few more weeks and then it will probably come out easily.

How old is your son? My first thought would be to let it go as long as it isn't hurting him. If it is hurting him, then I would call the dentist to see what they want to do (My mom worked for a dentist's office and this is what they advised us when we had a similar situation with our son's bottom tooth -- at age 4).

It's a good idea to have your children's teeth cleaned at the dentist's office every 6 months. At the next check up, I would mention the tooth, and they can take a closer look.

Leave them alone. There's no reason to pull them.

My daughter has one too, the 2 front teeth are loose. The one is more loose and only hanging on by one side. The adult tooth is already popped through. The dentist said to just wait for it to finally let go. It does hurt her if I check it, but it is because it is still attached on the one side, not because there is a problem. I always let the tooth fall out on its own--unless it was actually hanging (happened only a few times with my 3 older kids).
