Hi Rachel,
Here is one thing to remember children around this age need the fats, salts, oils and calories as we adults don't so feed him the amount he chooses to eat. He will eat if he is hungry.
Breakfast:
Toast, waffles, biscuits, pancakes, muffins, donuts, cereals, oatmeal.
Lunch: mac and cheese, noodles, soups(I like to crunch up crackers in the soup), homemade lunchables(crackers, deli meat, cheese sticks, fruit cups, a vegetable), carrots, green beans, etc.
Dinner: whatever you are having but cut up smaller and not alot of spices.
Snacks: animal cookies, crackers, fruit, vegetables.
For the milk offer it to him at every main meal(breakfast, lunch and dinner). You can give him juice at snack and offer him water in between the other times. And a glass before bed. W. B.
