Several years ago we used Death Valley Sun Screens. They are located in Mesa and offered the best price. They were very friendly, timely, and so far we have been very happy with their work. My cousin used them as well and had only good things to say.

We got several quotes when we did all the windows facing the sun last year. Shade Elements in Phoenix were the best as far as price and build quality. Good luck. The shades do make a big difference. They also took off some of the price when I asked them how low they would go if we paid cash!
SRP does a rebate program through Ace Hardware. That's where we got them. I'm not exactly sure of all the stipulations but you should be able to find out the details on their website (assuming you're a SRP customer).
