Stomach Hurting

After I eat, I mean right after, no matter what it is I feel sick to my stomach. What could be causing this? it has been about a week.

AND

What kind of veggies can I eat that are high in fiber but don't give you gas?

Could be a gazillion things.......are you pregnant?

If that's a no I'd wonder if your gall bladder is shot. Best advice is get in and see your doctor.

Sick to stomach can range from those above to all sorts of GI issues: IBS, diverticulitis, colitis, etc.

If nothing else, lay off all dairy, wheat products, fake sugar, caffine (soda, chocolate, coffee, etc), red meats. These are some of the hardest foods to tolerate/digest.

Go see your Dr and let the run some test and see what's up, it literaly could be anything and you don't want to try to gess what it is.

As for veggies; squash, zucchini, raw tomatoes (if you consider that a veggie), peas, spinach. I'm sure you'll get more answers on this though. And good luck :)

Probably your stomach doesn't make enough HCL, and you can take a supplement to handle that.
Find a veggie that doesn't give you gas- they all have fiber. Check Eat Right 4 Your Blood Type, and find the veggies correct for you.

Are you stressed or have some anxiety? I have noticed that will happen to me when I am stressed, usually if I'm more stressed over something it can last a few days or weeks.

Try taking the supplement Beano when eating veggies.

As far as pain afer you eat, it could be your gall bladder. I know people who get so sick that they can't eat at all.
