Oh, please. I wish I had your problems. You're fortunate to have a full-time job that affords you the luxury to hire a nanny and a personal trainer, spend mornings with your daughter and travel often...and you're worried about a little belly flab?
First off, be absolutely sure that belly pouch is real. Too many of us have negative body images thanks to the impossible standards set by the media and shoved down our throats every day. It's hard to think your body is acceptable, especially after a baby, when you compare yourself to the anorexic models you're subjected to daily. Take a look around you and see what real women look like. They actually have curves and convex bellies.
If you've determined that yes, you still look like you're pregnant, then it's time to step up your ab work and re-evaluate your diet. Women in our culture will do anything to lose weight except eat right and exercise. That includes getting carved up like a Thanksgiving turkey to attain the aforementioned unattainable beauty standards. The money you want to blow on a swanky uptown Manhattan plastic surgeon is better spent on your daughter's education or feeding a family considerably less fortunate than you.
