Save your money...it seems that everytime they come out with something that a year or two later they are saying it caused either liver, kidney or heart damage. Your kids need and deserve a healthy Mom who can show them how to eat right and exercise. As far as I know the only way to lose it healthy is is slowly cut a few calories a week until you are at the appropriate calorie intake, exercise 3 days aerobic and 2 days strength training and up it up to 6 days if needed but don't overdo or you will quit. Then choose your sport and do it. Whether you are going to be a race runner, womans softball, volley ball, soccer. Then your kids will grow up knowing what they need to do to be healthy and that pills, concoctions and machines that work for you are not the path to take. I understand the desire for speed, it's not a good thing.
