My two year old keeps getting mosquito bites and scratching them and they turn into sores. She now has the marks on her legs. Anything you can recommend to help with the scarring?

What can I do next?

Bugs love my son too! Sometimes he swells up he gets bit so bad. So now I won't let him out without bug spray. I use both the kind with DEET & without, whatever is handiest. As for the scarring I swear by neosporin. Also try some 'after bite' found in any store to relieve the itching. Good luck!

Hi O.,
Try anything with high aloe vera content.
Sorry I don't have specific brand names for you but that's what we use in my country- fresh aloe sap.
Good luck.

For scars that I have had, the best thing I have found was Vitamin E liquid tablets. I poke a hole in them and squeeze out the liquid. I put that directly on the scar. Hope that helps!
