I have the sit-n-stand and my daughter is 5 and it is perfect. She can hop in and out as she pleases.
Hi! I'm hoping for some advice on purchasing a sit-n-stand stroller. My daughter will be 4 yrs old when baby #2 is born in April so I'm considering buying a sit-n-stand stroller but am wondering if my 4 yr old is too 'old' or 'big' for one. I mainly want one for trips to the park, zoo and even the mall.
Also, do most infant car seats fit the sit-n-stand strollers?
Thanks so much!!

I just purchased a "triple" sit n stand stroller and it seems like it will be perfect for walking to the park or at the zoo. Mine has 2 seats plus the standing part. Many people I know have the "doube" one and they to all love it.
From what I've heard most major brands of infant carriers do fit in it.
I think this stroller is perfect for the preschooler age. It is not a full double stroller, so it is not quite as big. It is perfect for the zoo, etc. The kids always get tired after walking around at big events. I have even squeezed all 3 of my kids on it!! Love it!
I have a baby trend sit-n-stand stroller and absolutely love it. My kids are now 2 and 4 and my 4 year old still loves to ride around in the back. His legs still get tired from walking when shopping or at the zoo, etc. I had a Graco double stroller when the kids were little and this was so heavy. The sit n stand is much lighter weight, although as the kids get bigger it gets harder to push :) I highly recommend it though. You can look it up online and it should tell you what car seats are compatible. I know a lot of the common ones worked. Good luck!
I like mine a great deal and I found that my 4yr old sat quite a bit so it was very helpful. The one thing i always point out is that the sit and stand is QUITE HEAVY by itself and when you add 35-40 additional kid pounds, well... It can be a real workout to push. That said, it folds down really easily and is v. durable. You will probably get lots of good use out of it.
Good luck!
