I am a huge fan of the jeans at Ann Taylor! They are a little pricey, but very well made and cut well. I like that they are a little more hip and trendy and have wonderful dark rinses that really don't fade quickly. They have petite sizes too. I have bought both petite, and regular, but have had to get the regular size altered. I can recommend a tailor at Frankford and the Tollway, MS Tailor. She is excellent at altering jeans, and making them look great! Happy Shopping!!

I'm five feet and recently had a c-section too. I know exactly what you are talking it about-that darn tummy. Let me know if anything works, I have some off brand jeans I bought at Kohls at that fit amazingly well. And Old Navy is what I wore before. And sometimes you can find Levis that fit well on short curvy women.

I believe theres this place called Jean Connection, try googling it but i think its off NW Hwy somewhere, they will give you a free jean consultation, their jeans are kinda expensive but they are good!! Also try Buffalo Exchange too.

Hey M.,

Have you tried Old Navy? They have the "at the waist" jeans that come in short, medium and long. Also, in the past I've found jeans at Ross that fit good.
