I also think Buca di Beppo is a great place for parties! We had a large family dinner in one of their rooms, and we all had a blast.
We are going to be celebrating my moms 60th Birthday in a few weeks, and my dad and I are trying to think of a place to take a group out to dinner. There will be about 15 people on a Thursday night, and we were just wanting a place that was somewhat private and quiet. The only place I can think of is Cinzetti's, they have a small sectioned off room I've seen for parties. Thanks so much for any idea!

We had my mom's 65th bday at Cascone's at 91st & Metcalf. They have a couple of private rooms and the food was great and the service was good too! They even let us bring cake and decorations.
Wil Jenny's at 135th & Metcalf has two private rooms. Very good food.
Carraba's at 105th & Metcalf has a private room, also good food.
Hi B.,
You might want to look into the Trofi Restaurant at the Doubletree Hotel. They are located at 69 highway & College Blvd. I know they have a nice restaurant and plenty of space for fifteen people.
I hope this helps!

Hereferd house has private dining areas. I'm not sure about Bonefish grill but the atmosphere and service are awesome. Hope that helps.
Try RC's in Martin City. It's worth the drive. Delicious home cooking and the best fried chicken. They have a few rooms that are split up for bigger parties. Whatever you choose, have fun!
Hi B.,
I know Bucca Di Beppo, Italian restaurant has semi and private rooms, I don't think they charge for them, you just have to make the reservation, I have been to their rooms many times for b-days, they are great! They have a round one with the Pope that is fun! Happy B-day and have fun!!!
Double Nickle 55 diner they are in Olathe at 186 S Rodgers RD. The number is ###-###-####. They owners are Sue and Rich. They have plenty of room and will actually plan a menu for you at very resonable price. They have full bar service if needed and a varied menu, but for our party they planned a special menu.It was avery private event. They will not dissapoint. Children are always welcomed. www.doublenicklediner.com
Good Luck!
Bravo Italian Restaurant has a room (can't remember how many it seats) it is in Town Center
Old Chicago on 119th Street has a private room, it is actually quite large though.
Jaspers Italian at 103rd & Wornall is great, not sure if they have a private room but dining always seems intimate and private.
Herford house has a small private room on Midland drive in Shawnee .They also have a new special; a four course dinner for 2 for $ 49.95 per couple .
Hi B.
If your interested in staying home and making your mom's birthday special you might consider hiring a personal chef. For more information check out my website at www.ExquisiteEats.com
My specialty is dinner parties. I help you plan the menu, grocery shop, prepare, serve and clean up! It's a great way to really personalize your mom's special day.
The Shawnee Hereford House has a couple of side rooms that are private. We had a birthday party there that went great. Of course, we love Cinzetti's too. Good luck!
I love the Bulldog downtown. They have a private room in back with its own bar and wait staff so you truly feel like the only customers in the building. You can rearrange tables however you'd like.
Hereford House. Town Center. I think they have a room that would accomodate 15. Also, maybe Buca Del Beppo. Not sure if there is still one on the Plaza? They closed the one at 87th.
We had a birthday party for my mom's 70th back in December at J. Gilbert's Steakhouse in Overland Park (91st/Metcalf). It was awesome...the food, the service and menu selections. We selected the dinner menu for our guests which consisted of 3 choices for each of the 3 courses. I don't know what your budget is, but you can expect to pay a minimum of $21. per person. It's worth it money, the staff is professional and they took great care of our 40 guests. Good luck finding a place, I know it takes awhile to find exactly what you're looking for.
