My son goes to Ladybug Learning Club and we love it there. He is only three, but they do have a Pre-K program as well. www.ladybuglearningclub.com
My son has been attending preschool at Neely for 2 years for their speech therapy program. He turns 4 this Saturday, so he misses the cutoff for Kindergarten next year. I am hoping to get some referals for some good Pre-K programs in Gilbert that are not outrageously expensive. Thanks ladies.

The teacher, Ms. Monica Beaus teaches a Kinder-Prep program, which is part of the Gilbert Unified School District, but they have better standards. She is nurturing, fun and has high standards. You can sign up throught the district - check out the website. It was $250 per month when my kids attended.

Have you looked at Bright Beginnings Charter School in Chandler. It is not in Gilbert, but worth the drive. I think costs are now similar to any other place. Excellent teachers! Both of my children did their pre-k and also stayed for K-6 program. I have one in 6th grade and one in 2nd now. We have loved it! You can inquire-- they have pre-k openings still right now in the afternoons. ###-###-####. Happy Looking!

We have our son at Leading Edge Academy in Mesa, but they also have a location in Gilbert on Gilbert Rd and Guadalupe.
They are a free charter school and they will test your son for kindergarten early. This is what we did, as our son does not quite make the cutoff. We plan on having him repeat kindergarten at a public school next year or if circumstances change I will homeschool him.
We do really like this school and my son is already learning how to read. He love's going to school, he just thinks it is a long day. They are a back to basics school, so there is a lot of table work and worksheets, but my son seems to be doing well even though he is younger. 75% of his class was still four when the school year began. My son was also in speech for two years and he continues to get services through this school. He has an IEP through 1st grade. Let me know if you have any questions-I would be more than happy to help.
I LOVE Christs Greenfield Lutheran Church school on Greenfield and Elliot! Definitely worth checking out. We have Mrs. Stark and LOVE her
Hi Brandy,
If you really want to start him in Kindergarten early and you dont mond driving a little, the Kyrene district has a really great program for 4-year-olds who turn 5 before 12/31. My son went to Kyrene Del Sureno (by Chandler Mall, and we live in Gilbert too) and the program was great. All the kids were smart but still very 4 and being in a class of his peers (instead of K's who were older) really helped him make the change from preschool/daycare to Elementary school, he learned at an amazing rate (went from not reading at all to reading my Harry Potter books) and the teacher was awesome (Ms. Randolph). All but one of the kids in his class went to different schools for 1st grade, so like him, they were all there for just that program. He is doing awesome at his new school (Polytechnic Elementary) and he had no problems intergrating in to a class of 1st graders who are older than he is. That program really prepared him academically and socially. It really eased my fears about starting him in school early and actually made me glad I did. Good luck!
I love Kinderbugs! It's new, and has been wonderful for my daughter! It's on Pecos in between Power and Recker. Wonderful people too! It's an accelerated private preschool. We love it!
