Hi everyone,
I am currently looking for a nice set of excercise videos; is there anything out there that you have tried and loved and that you can tell results?
I work full time and pretty much I have zero to no time for a gym so I am hoping to get back in shape at home.
Any advice will be appreciated

I second the Slim in Six series. I lost so many inches in the first 3-4 weeks! I only needed to lose about 15 pounds, which are usually the hardest, but on that program it was easy. Just make sure that whatever you choose, you alter your eating habits also. Drink a lot of water and use smaller plates when you eat so your portions are smaller without it "looking" like you're not eating much. Sounds silly, but it really does help.
my husband and i are trying the P90X series. its 12 dvd's that focus on different areas, range from yoga to hardcore fitness. they range from 45-60 min and they make you sweat! that's the only way i feel like i'm really burning calories and getting a workout and i am soaked by the end. its hard, you do have to buy some equipment, but so far, i think its worth it. the point is that you do it every day for 90 day and you are transformed.
The Slim in 6 series is GREAT!! It's hard to get bored with 7-8 workouts! It REALLY worked for mom mom, my husband and myself!
I like the Windsor Pilates series. There are 3 videos - a "basics" that shows you all the moves. a 20-minute workout, and a 1-hour "accelerated body sculpting" workout. All are great and the instructor does a good job explaining what to concentrate on, form etc.
Anything by Cathe Freidrich is fabulous.
Must say that I love the biggest losser videos.
I love the 10 minute solution videos. Each video has 5 ten minute workouts so you can do as little or as much as you have time for. They are GREAT! My favorites are Carb burner, blast off belly fat and rapid results pilates.
