Hello,
I am looking for good recipes for meals that can easily be frozen and reheated. Anything you can share would be so much appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

I have had success freezing lasagna and baked ziti. i bascially just follow the recipe on the back of the box and then add extra things like vegetables or extra cheese.
I have found a lot of really great recipes on www.kraftfoods.com, www.allrecipes.com, www.pillsbury.com, www.bettycrocker.com. Each of these websites allow you to set up your own recipe box. You can try different ones and keep the ones you and your family like and toss the others.
If you are interested in partially prepared meals where you just throw them together then you might want to try some make and take type companies such as Let's Eat, Let's Dish, Super Suppers, Etc. These allow you to choose the menu and come to there location and make the meals then you take them home and freeze them. These can be on the costly side but all the prep work is done for you and it is a real time saver. You can pick between 8 meal or 12 meal plans. These also make a great girls night out evening.
Typically any thing with pasta like lasagna or stuffed shells are a good warm up meal. Chili and soups also do very well reheated. I usually make a double or triple batch of soup, we eat 2 meals on it and then I seperate the rest into 2 freezer containers. Then when we need a meal I will pull one out and add a salad or bread.
You also might consider getting a casserole cookbook. There are lots to choose from and some of them even have a freeze ahead section.
Good luck.

P.S. I do cooking demos, let me know if you are interested.
I like to keep meatballs in the freezer...as long as you freeze them on the baking pan first, they'll stay separate in a freezer bag and you can just take out what you need. I just put some frozen ones in a pot of sauce and they're ready 10 minutes later. We usually have spaghetti and meatballs or meatball subs a few times a month. I like the recipe at http://www.betterbudgeting.com/articles/freezercooking/me...
I also freeze ziti, lasagna, quiche, browned ground beef in bags and big bags of soup. Which reminds me, my freezer's empty!

I love cooking for the freezer and I have started blog on the topic! Check it out: http://freezeitwhole.blogspot.com/
Laury,
As a working mom I need to depend on frozen, easy to heat meals alot. My daughter who is 19 months go to daycare and so I make and wrap in individual servings the following:
1. Meatloaf
2. Crescent Rolls wrapped around ham and cheese, hotdog and cheese, etc. Check out www.pillsbury.com
3. Meatballs
4. Anytype of pasta from Lasagna to stuffed shells, etc.
5. Homemade chicken nuggets
For dinners like others have mentioned soup freezes great and often times taste better after being frozen for a week or so. Some of my favorite are Taco Soup (pop me a note if you want the recipe, this is a family favorite made in the crockpot), chili, sausage tortellini soup, chicken noodle.
I also will make and freeze containers of fried onions and peppers for us on burgers, chicken and sausage sandwhiches along with seasoned meat for fajitas (chicken and/or steak) and taco meat.
Happy Cooking!
I am not too sure about recipes because I don't typically use one while I am cooking. However meals like soups and stews freeze really well. Try www.cooks.com for recipes, it's a good site, plus there is always more than on version of the type of thing you want to prepare so you can choose how you make it. hope I have helped a little
