I have two bathrooms...both with problems. One needs the commode reseated and glued down or what ever they do and the other one needs the inside of the tank replaces because it is leaking. He has done thorough and excellent work for me and friends to whom I have referred him. He was head of maintenance at a local hospital for his career and now does this as his retirement job.
