We live inside the loop right off Hausman/1604. They are in the process of building a park & Library there that should be done in the fall that would be a good place once it is finished. Also, if you go further down and turn right on Babcock, there is a nature trail set up for walking, not sure how stroller friendly it is. :>

Hi K.. McAllister Park is right off of Jones Maltsberger and close to you. It has great walking trails and a nice play area for your baby. I'm sure you will enjoy it. I go jogging there with my 16month old baby. Your more then welcome to join us. Let me know. :)

I live right near you! There is a great Park just up Bandera well two parks actually, ones is called O.P. Schnabel the other is on Mystic Park Just past the library on the right (you'll see the playground) Both have trails. O. P. has many more, somce paved and some not.

When my husband had a different schedule we used to go to Storytime at the library for pre-school age I believe it's at 11AM on Tuesday's and Wednesday's. We used to go to the park and play and then go walking afterward.

Hope this helps, We are not able to go anymore, since we just have the one car. My husband got a different job.

I don't know the name, but there's a park on Babcock near you. Take hausman inside the loop, right on Babcock, park is on the left a couple of miles.

There is actually a nature park on Babcock near De Zalvala. Don't remember what's it called but I go there to walk with my girls sometimes.
Have fun walking,

L.
