My daughter is three years old and I'm thinking of starting piano lessons with her. We have a piano and I'd like for her lessons to be in our home. I think she would love it if the teacher were very fun and lively. Does anyone have a recommendation? Any idea what the price would be for a half hour lesson? Thanks!

Check out Trevor Hill's webpage. I've never taken lessons personally from him, but I've listened to his music and he's wonderful with my kids.

Andrew Weiss @ ###-###-#### gives private piano lessons either at his home studio or your home. He lives in Northridge and is excellent with children.
My brother, Howard Richman, is one of the best piano teachers around. Has been teaching children and adults for over 30 years and is excellent in all styles. Very friendly and encouraging and beloved by all his students. He doesn't travel to people's homes, but teaches out of his home studio on Dumetz near Topanga in Woodland Hills. Check him out at www.soundfeelings.com and tell him his sister K. recommended him!

Hi J. I stared my kids at Piano Play in sherman Oaks.
It's small groups with age appropriate "lessons" to start them out. they learn the keys notes , they sing leanrn other instrument groups etc. it's great because you'll see if she is really interested while having fun!
