I was wondering if anyone knew of any good playgroup/moms group in our area? Don't get me wrong I love being a stay at home mom, but it would be nice to get out of the house every once in a while. Thanks~
My son is almost 9 months and i have been looking for one for about six months. I would like to meet other moms and create friends for my son to grow up with.
I'm up for one in Nampa. However I'm a working mom so most weekdays won't work for me.
I'd love to join...I'm in Kuna. I'm new (moved from Vegas) and having a hard time meeting people with my adorable ankle chain.
I haven't heard of one but maybe some of us should start one.

There is a MOPS group at Crossroad Community Church. They meet on Tuesdays and it is a great way to get to know other moms/play groups. I would definitely start there and get to know people. I used to go but got too busy with school and work. It's great and the people are super nice. If you go let me know what you think! Good luck to you and congrats! :)
There is a great baby and me group that meets in the Saint Al's Family Center on Tuesday's at 10AM. Lots of fun and a great group of gals! Also, if you are breastfeeding, there is a support group that meets afterwards that is just wonderful. Hope that helps :)
I would be interested. I have an 8-month-old son and have been looking for playdates, but they all seem to focus on 18 month+. I know infants this young don't really "play" together, but it would be nice to have some friends to grow up with. And god knows I could sure use some other mother interaction. Being a SAHM is so rewarding, but taxing on your mental stability sometimes.
