Cedar Hill has a great Early Childhood PTA group. Don't let the PTA part confuse you it is basicaly a moms group that offers various playgroups and events throughout the month. I do not know of any specific playgroups. However, I belong to a MOPS group that meets in Desoto on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of the months. It is a great group of women and the kids play in the same church building nearby. They meet in Desoto at Dallas First Church.
