Wagon Wheel Park in Coppell has a beautiful facility available for rental. There is an indoor area and an outdoor porch, landscaped area. I tried to find a website but could not. Try calling:

A little way out in Grapevine is Don's Winery. It is located on Main Street (opposite all the downtown fluff) almost to the lake on the backside of the Gaylord. The only way to understand the beauty is to go and see for yourself. I dont have his phone number and he is not listed in the yellow pages, he stays busy simply by word of mouth. He has a beautifully landscapped courtyard and a fully air conditioned "old barn" that is great for receptions.
We had a beautiful wedding reception for our daughter at Delaney Vineyards in Grapevine. Not sure if that location would be good for you. It was such a beautiful place.

I had both my ceremony and reception at the Las Colinas Country Club a few years ago. It was absolutely beautiful, and the staff was wonderful. My husband and I paid for our own wedding, and it was well within our budget. It was actually cheaper than many of the hotels in the area that we looked at. Good luck and congratulations!
