My pediatrician is no longer accepting my insurance and I need to find a new one. I am looking for a pediatrician who is on the 288 side of Pearland. I would prefer someone who can admit children to Texas Children's Hospital, but am open to other hospitals. I also want someone who has an organized system for after hours calls. My son has always been very healthy and has never needed any prescriptions. I would prefer a doctor who only prescribes medications when they are absolutely necessary.
Thank you everyone for your suggestions! I have decided to use Dr. Kagan. Our former pediatrician was at Texas Children's Pediatrics and I agree that they are great, but unfortunately they will no longer be accepting BCBS insurance. If any of you also need to change I would be more than happy to share my research. Thanks again!
I take my children to Dr. Domonique Isenhower (she is with Bootin and Savrick) and they have a satellite office in Pearland by 288 at the Women's center (across from Randalls)- she is awesome and I highly recommend her ###-###-#### is the main office in Houston to make appointments- just let them know you want an appointment with the Pearland office.
Hi J.. My son sees Dr. Garbarino at Texas Children's Pediatrics in Pearland (on 518, between Cullen and the Chick fil A =). Dr. G is the best, and yes, they admit to TCH. The after hours care is so wonderful!! There's a network of nurses that you can talk to, and they really take their time with you. I've even had situations where they called back just to check on my little guy =). And if you need the doctor, they respond back quickly, too! Their phone number is ###-###-####. We go to Texas Children's Pediatrics in Pearland, Silverlake area. Our primary doctor is Laura Anderson but we have seen all of the doctors in the group at least once and all of them are wonderful.

I take my daughter to Dr. Matthew Kim. He is on County Road 94 in Silver Lake. It is off of 518 near 288 in Pearland. His office is the Pearland Children's Center. My daughter and I absolutely LOVE him. The phone number is ###-###-####. He is so good with her and he is ALWAYS available for after hours calls. His staff is very polite as well.

My DD goes to Dr. Manjunath, she is wonderful! She is a part of the Kelsey-Seybold network and goes to TX Childrens and you don't ever need a referral to see a specialist.

I take my sons to Dr. Laura Anderson who is one of the doctors at Texas Children's Pediatric Associates, 9330 Broadway, Suite 312. She has been great and the office is great! We never have to wait long to get in to see her. The phone number is ###-###-####.
I would also recommend Dr. Matthew Kim. He is a wonderful dr and my 3 year old son loves him. He trained at UT Health Science Ctr and he is affiliated with Memorial Hermann. I never wait long and he is wonderful with both children and parents.
