If you don't mind traveling a bit, you could check out the Naperville Moms Club. It has members from the towns surrounding Naperville, too: www.napervillemomsclub.com

I go to M.O.P.S. (Mothers of Pre-schoolers) which is for kids from newborn through kindergarten. My son absolutely loves it. You can check www.mops.org to find groups in your area. My group has casual playdates through the summer, and then regular meetings from September-May. I highly recommend it!
