Seeking Ob/Gyn in Orland Park Area

Hi. Dr Maysoon Al- Naqueeb out of Palos Hospital. She has one partner but basically delivers all her own unless of an emergency which is so nice. She was just wonderful. She's out of Palos Hospital in Palos Heights.

Glenwood Medical located on 159th west of LaGrange Road. They are a three doctor practice. All of them are wonderful.

Try Womens' Health Center in Tinley Park. Great doctors out of Christ hospital!!

I would definately recommend Dr. AlNeqeeb ###-###-####. She is out of Palos hospital and is great. If you want an OB/GYN that is straight forward, she's your woman. I have been with her for years and she delivered my son. Several of my friends also go to her.

Hi C.: I will second Dr. Carla Carpenter in Willowbrook. She is in a practice with 4 female doctors and a female midwife. I actually see Dr. Cardone in the practice (she delivered my 2 sons), but when you are pregnant, you get to see them all. All 4 doctors are WONDERFUL! Their number is ###-###-#### and they are off of plainfield road near Rt 83. They work out of Hinsdale Hospital (I'm not sure if that is the only one, but that is where I delivered my kids). Doctor Carla Carpenter in Willowbrook.

I go to John Bush and Associates. He has an office on 143rd and LaGrange. Dr. Metielski is his partner. I haven't used her personally, but I love Dr. Bush and his staff!

I love my Ob/Gyn she delivered 3 of my 4 children. Her office is in Joliet on Essington road. She works at St. Joes and Silver Cross hospitals...I love Silver Cross too!!! Her name is Dr. Umpai and she is so sweet, she loves babies and she remembers all about my family. When I see her each year for my yearly checkup she remembers everything about my family and asks about each of the kids and what they are doing. Her staff is wonderful and she has her own ultrasound machines in her building. Her phone number is ###-###-####.

I second John Bush and associates. I see his partner Mietelski and she is FABULOUS.

I go to Southwest Ob/GYN. They have offices in Oak Lawn and Orland Park. I went to the Oak Lawn office for 14 years and then switched to the Orland office for convenience. They are all the same doctors.

There are three women and two men in the practice - ALL are wonderful. They delivered my two kids and will be delivering #3 in March!

The Orland office number is ###-###-####. They are located just north of I-80 on LaGrange Road in the Advocate building (west side).

The doctors last names are Anderson (F), Pavese (M), Axelrod (M), Gulecyuz (F) and Nikolas (F).

I go to OB/GYN Health Associates in Orland. I have always seen Dr. Edward Ryan. He delivered both of my kids. I like the practice and the doctor alot. He's a no nonsense kind of person though. Very nice but can be rough around the edges. I prefer that myself but could be a turn off to others. He's a very conservative doctor which I like. I had 2 very difficult deliveries. One by emergency c-section and I felt he handled my care in a very professional and responsive way.

I love my doctor, he is in Tinley Park at Pronger Smith (about 171st and Lagrange). His name is Dr. Yen, and I absolutely love him. He answers all your questions and makes you feel extremely comfortable. When I had my my son, he walked into the hospital room and said "let's get this party started." He is sweet, caring, and has a great sense of humor. The other OB/Gyns are nice as well, but I will continue to go to Dr. Yen!

Hi C.: I'll second the motion for the Doctors at Advocate on LaGrange Road. Dr. Gulecyuz delivered my twins and all the doctors were great when I was pregnant. Plus, they are afilliated with the Women's Health Center, so you'll be well taken care of. My GP is Dr. Veldman and is fabulous! Good luck!

I have been going to Dr. Laureen Ambrose since I was 18. She is in the Palos Primary Care Center on 153rd and West Avenue in Orland Park. She delivered my 1st daughter and I am seeing her now for my current pregnance. She is a "give it to you straight" type of Dr who takes a little getting used to, but I love her. Her number is ###-###-####. She only has office hours on Tues, Thurs and Fri with some Saturday's but not every one. Hope this helps.
