Hello,

I would like to make some friends with moms in the area who would like to maintain a friendship via email/chat and meet every so often. I have a family of 7 (4 step-kids 21-14) and a 3 year old daughter. Every now and then we all get stressed and could use a friend ... my friend recently stopped talking with me and isn't someone I feel I can talk to anymore. I would like to try to make more friends.

Thanks,

V.

Hi, V. -

I'm not in Roseville, but I'm not far away - just off I-80 and Madison, near American River College. Next month, I'll be starting a mom's coaching group based around the book The Mother's Guide to Self-Renewal. We will meet once per month, and have one aspect of life-balance as the focus of each month. All the moms in the group will be focusing on the same things, and there's a lot of sharing that goes on - great opportunity to develop meaningful friendships. If this interests you, please email me at ____@____.com.

I'm a grandma... and I have friends of all ages. It is somewhat difficult to make friends, I think. Email is ____@____.com... email me anytime... just put on the subject line V. from ... so I don't think you're spam.

Smile and be happy.

V.....when I first moved here I started my own mommy group on meetup;...this could be an option..OR you can go to meetup.com and look for some mommy groups in Roseville...one that comes to mind is the Super Moms Group in Roseville...but I do believe they have more than one....they usuallyhave playgroups 2 to 3 times a week..and while the kids play...you get to talk to mom...and it's nice to just talk to another mom that relates with you....remember...give the group some time for both of you to get to know one another....

I'm just a member now of my group..my girls are in school now..but I have some great solid friends that I have made her that I can always count on.
