Seeking Info on Childcare (Day/In-home) Prosper/McKinney/Plano

We are seeking information on childcare for our daughter who is due in November. I'll be going back to work in January 2007. We live in Prosper, but work in Richardson and our route to work is through McKinney to Plano via Custer Road. Either in-home care with a licensed childcare provider or a Daycare with references.

What can I do next?

T. one of the best infant rooms is at Childtime in Plano on Hedgcoxe. They have older ladies that run the room and have been at that school for over 5 years each. They are friendly and caring bunch of women. They are on Hedgcoxe between Plano and Frisco. Before you make a decision you should check them out. Good luck with your new baby!

Good dMorning T.. I have a registered day care home in Plano. The Parker Road-Independence area. i will only take care of 4 children as I feel with that number each child gets the individual attention thay need. I currently have 3 children in my care. You can find reviews about my home in the Local Business Reviews section of Mamasource.
If you would like any additional information regarding me or my program please call ###-###-####.
Thank You.

I send my daughter to Daffodils Preschool. It is located on Custer and Main Street/FM road something. The school is called Daffodils and their website is http://www.daffodilspreschool.com. It is really good. And it would be on your way to work.

Hi T.,

I live in McKinney at 121 and Alma. I am an in-home childcare provider. I would love to take care of your little one when the time comes and if I have an opening. I have watched children for many years from infant to 12 yrs old. I have a 2 1/2 yr old daughter. I have tried working in a day care center, but did not like being sick all the time. I ended up taking off so much to go to the doctor for myself and my daughter. She had an ear infection for 3 months that we could not get rid of. In-home child care is the best way to go for an infant. There still around other children, but in my home I only take care of 3 children not related to me. That allows for less germs, and more one on one time and attention. I've not had anyone sick since last January. Even when they got sick they got over it very quickly. I love kids and want to provide a place where they can play and feel safe while also teaching them age appropriate things to get them ready for
pre-k. Keep intouch with me and when you are ready let me know. I would love to have you over to meet with me and see our playroom.
