Not sure about price, but Gene Adams, also in Jacksonville, is very good. He is very nonsensical and matter-of-fact, but VERY good at his job.

I know a man that had to go up against Jocelyn Stotts in LR and she kicked butt - dont' know about her price either. If you're looking for bitter and ruthless, she's the one for you.

I am familiar with a few, just be veryyyyyyyyy careful, there are some that will really rip you off. Be glad to give you input of any you have in mind. Some practice certain specifics, again, just be very carefulllll.

Jon Johnson, located in Jacksonville but very reasonable and won my 2nd court battle. Call him and tell him what kind of battle its going to be and what your daughter wants and he will do some figuring and give you a flat rate, and he allows you to pay it out. He tells you straight and exactly what is coming out of the other lawyers mouth. He is right next door to the police station on Main street. My first lawyer is now a judge and treated me horribly, also my X's lawyer was carol hicks on JFK in NLR and she kept trying to turn things back to my x's favor, but neither his first or my first lawyer told us what was going on.

Jon Johnson told me things that I should agree to b/c if it went to court, the judge would award them any way, and things that if I did not agree to and in court we argued, he felt I had a very good chance of getting.

If you can settle out of court is going to be easiest. MY ADVICE IS DON'T SIGN ANY THING UNLESS SHE IS HAPPY WITH IT. She is not going to get everything she wants, so she needs to figure out where she wants to sacrifice especially if their are kids involved.

Isn't that an oxymoron?
