I would like some recommendations in finding a GOOD OB-GYN. I went to OB-GYN
#1 who diagnosed me w/ PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome). I was not confident w/ the diagnosis so I sought the opinion of OB-GYN #2 who said I didn't have PCOS. So now I'm not sure which one to believe. This is a serious condition and I need to know if it's accurate or not. I would like to go to another ob-gyn to determine if I have PCOS or not. Do you have any suggestions for good, thorough, helpful and accurate ob-gyn dr.'s. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you...:)

I love my OB/GYN Dr. Sweet. He has offices in Lake Mary and Altamonte Springs. The practice name is Florida Womens Center.
I would recommend Dr. Eileen Farwick @ Health Central. I was diagnosed with PCOS last year, myself. There are many, many tests they can do to help determine if you do have PCOS...ultrasounds to check for cysts, blood tests to check hormone levels, etc. so make sure your dr is running those to give you a diagnosis. I ended up switching from Dr. Farwick last spring, however, because she is no longer doing Ob & I was pregnant. I switched to Ob & Gyn Specialists, PA & I've had a wonderful experience with them, too. GL!

Dr. Gibbs in downtown Orlando off Lucerne Terrace, near Arnold Palmer Hospital. He and his office staff are just wonderful.
A couple of questions for you. Which one did a GYN Ultrasound on you? #1 or #2. How was the diagnosis made? What was the treatment?
